Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
Europe Shipping Information:
Lithuania Delivery Information: All orders to Lithuania take approximately 1- 3 working days. Delivery to Lithuania is free.
Latvia Delivery Information: Express Delivery to Latvia take approximately 2 - 3 working days and it cost €5.99. Standard Delivery takes 5 - 10 working days and it cost €2.99.
Estonia Delivery Information: Express Delivery to Estonia take approximately 2 - 3 working days and it cost €5.99. Standard Delivery takes 5 - 10 working days and it cost €2.99.
Rest of Europe Delivery Information: Express Delivery will take approximately 3 - 5 working days, depending on your country and will cost €15 - €20. Standard Delivery takes approximately 5 - 10 working days and it cost €2.99 - €3.99.
International Delivery Information:
At the moment we do not provide international delivery. But you always can contact our customer service to figure out if the delivery can be made to your country.
Please note: that we are not liable for any customs or duty taxes, which may be incurred. If ordering from outside the Europe, additional charges may be added on receipt of delivery over which we have no control and for which we are not liable.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are happy to accept any item for return or exchange that is unworn and still fitted with all the security tags and labels and that is dispatch to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit or debit card. Card refunds might take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
Refunds or exchanges shipping costs are fully covered by you. Shipping fee is different to every country. Items advertised as FREE SHIPPING after spending €100 or €140 has to cover full shipping cost.
Your items should be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt by you. Late returns cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
Sale items can be refunded and exchanged. Sale items should be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt by you. Late returns cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
All items should be returned new unused and with all Downtown Gurl and security tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
