If my country is not listed on your shipping list, can I still purchase the item?

 

There is a high chance that you will be able to purchase the item you love. For more information and shipping charges please contact our customer service at info@downtowngurl.com

Has my order been sent yet?

 

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.

Can I refund or exchange?

 

Yes. You have 14 days for refunds and exchanges. Please note: Items should be returned new and with all Downtown Gurl tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back.

Can I refund or exchange sale item?

 

Yes. You have 7 days to refund or exchange sale item. Please note: Items should be returned new and with all Downtown Gurl tags still attached. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Please contact our customer service in order to exchange or refund the item.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

 

As soon as you discover a fault please contact our customer service with: the order number, the faulty item's name and number, a description of the fault. We will get back you as soon as we can.

Can I track my order?

 

Yes. After your purchase you will receive an email with all the information how can you track your parcel. Please note: it can take up to 24 hours to proceed your order.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

Currently, we provide only PayPal service. However, we are working on it. More payment methods will be available soon.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

Different charges apply to every country. Shipping to Lithuania takes 1 to 3 days and its free of charge. Express Delivery to Latvia and Estonia takes up to 2 to 3 working days and it cost €5.99, where Standard Delivery takes 5 to 10 working days and cost €2.99. Express Delivery - Rest of Europe cost €15 - €20 and it takes 3 to 5 working days, of course depending on your country. Standard Delivery cost €2.99 - €3.99 and it takes 5 to 10 working days.
